Chrono Trigger Review

Chrono Trigger Review

Chrono Trigger was released by Square in 1995 for the SNES. Ported in a lot of other consoles during the next decades by Square Enix, it finally reached our PC screens through Steam in 2018.

A timeless RPG classic as it is self-referenced, is Chrono Trigger worth playing at this day and age, or has it become obsolete? Find out through our review.

As per the usual, this review will have a Storyline, Gameplay, Visuals, and finally a Personal Thoughts section. Without further ado:

Storyline

Any JRPG worth its salts would be story-heavy, or at least have the main story quest.

You play as the main character, Crono (I’ll be using each character’s default name, but you can change them in the game if you want), who is a boy in his late teens. The game starts with Crono all excited about an event held in his town, the Millenial Fair. His childhood friend and local genius Lucca are also there showcasing her newest invention.

There, he meets and befriends a girl called Marle by helping her find her lost pendant. They watch Lucca unveiling her invention, the teleporter. When Marle goes to try it out, her pendant reacts and she is flung through a gate.

Crono, being the heroic boy he is, follows behind her, with Lucca following a while after, before investigating what happened.

Crono searches for Marle and winds up in an area much like his home, but different. He does find Marle who is confused about their lost queen. After talking with Crono for a while, she disappears and Lucca explains that they are in the past, 400 years ago, and since they thought the queen returned and never searched for her, the future is changed, hence why Marle disappeared.

The story goes on much deeper than that, that’s just the start, but I don’t want to spoil the whole thing. All in all, Chrono Trigger is an adventure through time and a group of adventures who try to save all the timelines from a recurring threat.

Gameplay

If you’ve ever played or seen Dragon Quest or any other similar JRPG, you won’t have much trouble figuring out the game.

For the newer generation: the game is a pure RPG. You have your characters, they level up by fighting, you gain gold, you can upgrade their equipment, etc etc. We’ll take them one by one.

Chrono Trigger Review
All Enemies are visible.

With Crono as the ever-present leader of the party, you travel through various areas of the game. While in the overworld, you can only move to go to various areas and/or residences. In the areas, you will try to find the exit (or the end). You will probably find and fight monsters while doing so. One thing to note is that enemy encounters are not random, but instead you can see the enemies on the map. You can also dodge most of them if you’re careful.

Fighting is pretty simple. Each character has a bar below their HP which fills up depending on your Speed stat. When it’s full, you can do an action. Actions are wither Attack, Tech/Combo, and Item.

Attacking is the most basic action, you just have to choose an enemy and you attack with your weapon. There is a chance to crit as well.

The second action could simply be called Magic. You can choose one Skill your character has and use it. The skills the characters have may target more than one enemy, depending on the tech. You can learn Techs by battling monsters. If you keep a specific team comp for a lot of time, you will unlock Combos, which is 2 characters using their techs simultaneously for increased damage. Doing so takes both their actions.

Finally, Item means you can use an Item on any character. The character who uses the action loses his action, not the one receiving an item.

You have 2 resources in battle, HP and MP. HP is self-explanatory. MP is your mana. Every Tech and Combo has a cost. if you can pay it then you can use it.

As you move through the story, you’ll be recruiting more characters. But the max party size is 3 people, which means some members of your team will be left behind. There are parts in the story where some members are forced into your party.

One fun thing is the many different endings you can get, adding to the replayability of the game.

About the SFX, the game really shines there. The music of each area and timeline is perfect, and the game is sure to leave you satisfied with its various music and themes.

There isn’t much more i can say here as it’s pretty standard stuff. The magic of the older games is their simplicity.

Visuals

What do you expect from a game created in 1995? The visuals are fine of course if you’re into Pixel Graphics. For me, there is something really nostalgic in these kinds of graphics.

Of course, compared to others of its genre, the graphics are pretty good.

Also, for you anime fans. If you see any illustrations or any of the in-game cinematics, I’m sure you’ll recognize the art style.

That’s right, it’s Dragon Ball’s Akira Toriyama!

Personal Thoughts

There’s no real reason not to play this game (if you’re in this kind of stuff and don’t mind Pixel graphics).

I’m not saying it’s perfection or anything but the game is certainly quite good, with an engaging story, fun characters, and many things to do.

It’d be bad to try and find fault in something when it tries its best and doesn’t have any serious problems.

Final Verdict

Storyline: 10

Gameplay: 9

Visuals: 8

General Rating: 9/10

That’s it for my review. Have you played this game? Who is your favorite character? What about your favorite ending? Leave a comment below.

Nioh 2 vs Mortal Shell – The Definitive Comparison

Nioh 2 vs Mortal Shell - The Definitive Comparison

Hi guys! Today I will talk about Nioh 2 vs Mortal Shell. I will do a comparison between them and I will let you be the judge of which game is better. First I will talk about the storyline of those 2 games, then I will talk about the difference or similarities in their gameplay, and lastly, I will compare the visuals and tell you my final thoughts. Now let’s begin.

Storyline

The stories of both games are pretty mediocre and forgettable in my opinion, that being said if I had to choose between the storylines of these two games I would choose the storyline of Nioh 2.

Nioh 2 had more interesting moments in the story. I never felt anything while playing Mortal Shell and watching its story unfold.

I don’t recommend that you make a decision between these two games based on the story because for me story isn’t the main reason someone buys these types of games.

Gameplay

These two games have several differences when it comes to combat.

Nioh 2 offers a lot more depth in its combat system. It has skill trees for ninja, onmyo, and transformation skills, you have to also add the attribute system which is similar to Dark Souls, meaning that when you gather enough currency to level up you have to put a point in one of the available attributes.

Mortal Shell has the hardening system, which don’t get me wrong, is something fresh but I think it makes the game too easy since it gives the player a way to avoid all coming damage if he knows how to use it, and it doesn’t require a lot of skill to use it effectively.

Nioh 2 just offers more quantity and quality, for example, Nioh 2 has 11 different weapons and each one of them has its own skill tree and unique playstyle. Mortal Shell offers 5 different weapons but they don’t really have depth in their playstyle.

Both games offer a variety of enemies and bosses but Nioh 2’s bosses are just more interesting to fight against and they are more.

Lastly, Nioh 2 has a lot more content, more replayability (because there are many different skills and a lot more combinations to try), is more challenging, and also offers co-op with up to 2 others, while in Mortal Shell you can only play solo.

Visuals

The difference in visuals between the two games isn’t big due to the fact that they were released in the same year. Nioh 2 has better scenery in my opinion but the difference isn’t huge.

Customization is another thing to consider. Nioh 2 offers a character creation system that is detailed and you can also use it again whenever you want for the entire playthrough. Mortal Shell doesn’t have a character creation system and the players can only change “shells” in the game and each shell has different abilities so that isn’t considered customization in my opinion.

Also, Nioh 2 offers an equipment transmogrification system meaning that you are able to change the appearance of any armor or weapon you have to the appearance of another weapon or armor you have gotten in the game and keep the item’s stats.

Final Thoughts

Let me summarize what you should keep from this article.

First, when it comes to the story both games are mediocre but the story of Nioh 2 will give you some emotion I believe.

Second, Nioh 2 is far superior in every way when it comes to the gameplay and the only thing that it could do better is the way the mission system works. If Nioh 2 was semi-open world like Mortal Shell it would make the game even better.

Finally, the visuals of both games are around the same level but Nioh 2 has superior more customization options(there isn’t even a comparison).

I would strongly recommend Nioh 2 over Mortal Shell. I would recommend waiting for sale but Nioh 2 is worth the full price in my opinion.

Nioh 2 vs Dark Souls Remastered – The Definitive Comparison

Nioh 2 vs Dark Souls Remastered - The Definitive Comparison

Hi guys! Today I will talk about Nioh 2 vs Dark Souls Remastered.

Nioh 2 had more interesting moments in the story than Dark Souls Remastered but still, they are on the same level.

I don’t recommend that you make a decision between these two games based on the story because for me story isn’t the main reason someone buys these types of games.

Gameplay

The main differences can be seen in combat. Nioh 2 has a very deep combat system, with each weapon having each own skill tree and abilities, and there eleven different types of melee weapons. Nioh 2 also offers ranged weapons but ranged weapons don’t have skill trees.

Besides weapons in Nioh 2 you can use onmyo skills and ninja skills and each of them have their own skill tree.

Dark Souls on the other hand has more weapons to choose from but it doesn’t have skill trees with those weapons, meaning the number of things you can do with these weapons are pretty limited. I don’t think there is even a comparison here. Nioh 2 literally destroys Dark Souls when it comes to combat because even if you ignore the skill trees Nioh 2 also has stances(low, mid, and high stance) that you can use with each weapon and each stance has a different moveset and you can switch stances according to the situation you are facing.

Both games also offer a variety of enemies and bosses which are unique and interesting to fight against.

The last thing that is worth mentioning is the difficulty of these two games. Nioh 2 is a lot more challenging than Dark Souls, it has more replayability and a lot more content. I believe there is only one thing that Dark Souls does better, and that is the semi-open world element. In Nioh 2 you just pick a mission then complete it and then you return to the map to choose another mission.

Visuals

The difference in visuals between the two games is huge and that is understandable given the release dates of both games. Nioh 2 has better visuals, scenery, and in general everything about its looks is better.

Customization is another thing to consider. Nioh 2 offers a character creation system that is detailed and you can also use it again whenever you want for the entire playthrough. Dark Souls Remastered also has a character creation system but the characters you can make don’t look nearly as good as the characters you can make in Nioh 2. The difference is night and day, Nioh 2 is on a different league.

Also, Nioh 2 offers an equipment transmogrification system(Dark Souls Remastered doesn’t have something like that), meaning that you are able to change the appearance of any armor or weapon you have to the appearance of another weapon or armor you have gotten in the game and keep the item’s stats.

If Nioh 2 was semi-open world like Dark Souls it would make the game even better.

Finally, Nioh 2 has superior visuals and its customization options are on a different league.

I would strongly recommend Nioh 2 over Dark Souls Remastered. The only real advantage Dark Souls Remastered has is the price, since it’s an older game you can get the game for a lower price but it’s still high if it’s not on sale. Nioh 2 is around 60 euros since it came out recently and I don’t see the price dropping that much on sale.

This is it, guys. I hope you found the article informative and that I helped you decide which is the best game for you.

Nioh 2 vs The Surge – The Definitive Comparison

Nioh 2 vs The Surge - The Definitive Comparison

Hi guys! Today I will talk about Nioh 2 vs The Surge. I will do a comparison between them and I will let you be the judge of which game is better. First I will talk about the storyline of those 2 games, then I will talk about the difference or similarities in their gameplay, and lastly, I will compare the visuals and tell you my final thoughts. Now let’s begin.

Storyline

Both games have average and forgettable storylines. The storyline of Surge even though it doesn’t have a character creation system, is nothing special and it doesn’t make you feel anything for what is going on in the game world.

Nioh 2 has a more interesting storyline compared to Surge but it still falls short.

It’s not a bad thing if you don’t care so much about the story, since they offer a lot when it comes to gameplay, but if you are one of those people that want a game to have a very good story to be able to enjoy it, then I wouldn’t recommend either game.

Gameplay

There are differences in the way you approach combat between these two games. In Surge, you have to choose one of the enemies’ body part to focus your attacks on, and before you make that choice you have to consider whether or not you want the enemies’ armor(since you have to cut the limb with the armor part you want in order to unlock that armor part) or you just want to kill the enemy fast and that means targeting a body part that isn’t armored if there is one. Besides the armor, you can also equip implants that give you different buffs and abilities.

Nioh 2 on the other hand, has three different stances available for each weapon and each weapon has its own skill tree and that gives a lot of variety when it comes to combat. Nioh 2 also has ninja and onmyo skill trees, a skill tree for the transformation(since you transform into a yokai), and a samurai skill tree. Long story short Nioh 2 has a more complex combat system than Surge, now that doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s better, both games are good in their own way.

Both games also offer a variety of weapons(Nioh 2 also has unique skill trees for each weapon), so if you are someone that gets bored using the same weapon over and over again you won’t have to worry.

As for the enemies, both games have a lot of different kinds of enemies and bosses for you to fight but Nioh 2 offers a lot more bosses and the bosses of Nioh 2 are more interesting and entertaining to fight against than the bosses of Surge.

Lastly, let’s talk about difficulty. Nioh 2 is a lot more challenging than Surge and a lot harder to get into since it has a lot of different things you need to learn in order to understand how to play the game properly. Additionally, Nioh 2 has a lot more content and more replayability than Surge.

Also if you are someone who wants to play with friends Nioh 2 offers co-op and you can play with up to two other players.

Visuals

Nioh 2 has a lot better visuals than Surge, but that’s understandable given the release dates of these games. The scenery they offer is nothing amazing but I still prefer the scenery of Nioh 2 over the scenery of Surge.

The important difference between these two games is the customization they offer. Nioh 2 has a far superior character creation system and you can change your character even after you start the story of the game.

Another amazing thing Nioh 2 offers is the equipment transmogrification system, meaning that you are able to change the appearance of any armor or weapon you have to the appearance of another weapon or armor you have gotten in the game and keep the item’s stats.

Surge offers little customization that doesn’t change much.

Final Thoughts

Let me summarize what you should remember from this article.

First, when it comes to the storyline, Nioh 2 has a little better storyline but I wouldn’t recommend either game for the story.

Second, in the gameplay department, I prefer Nioh 2’s combat system, and Nioh 2 is also more challenging, has more replayability and content, better bosses and you can play co-op with friends.

As for the visuals, Nioh 2 offers a lot more customization options and has better graphics.

All in all Nioh 2 is a better game and it’s worth the full price but if you can wait for sale then I recommend you wait.

This is it, guys. I hope you found the article informative and that I helped you decide which is the best game for you.

Nioh 2 vs Jedi Fallen Order – The Definitive Comparison

Nioh 2 vs Jedi Fallen Order - The Definitive Comparison

Hi guys! Today I will talk about Nioh 2 and Jedi Fallen Order. I will do a comparison between them and I will let you be the judge of which game is better. First I will talk about the storyline of those 2 games, then I will talk about the difference or similarities in their gameplay, and lastly, I will compare the visuals and tell you my final thoughts. Now let’s begin.

Storyline

Between these two games, I have to say that the story of Jedi Fallen Order is far more intriguing and entertaining to see how it progresses as you play. The story of Nioh 2 is ok for what it is but it is nothing special. Nioh 2’s story has some good moments but overall it’s pretty forgettable.

If you are someone that cares a lot about the storyline then I recommend Jedi Fallen Order and it’s not even a close call.

Gameplay

There are differences in the way you approach combat between these two games. In Jedi Fallen Order you have only one weapon the lightsaber but you can also use force abilities(which you unlock playing the game). The combat of Jedi Fallen Order is very similar to Sekiro’s combat. You have to play aggressively and try to parry enemies when you can.

Nioh 2 has more options when it comes to combat. You have 11 different types of weapons available(each of them has its own skill tree) and you can use three different stances with these weapons depending on the situation. You can also use ninja and onmyo skills and transform into a yokai.

If you want the most variety in combat then Nioh 2 is a better choice.

As for the enemies, both games offer different types of enemies for you to face but Nioh 2 has more interesting bosses which are far more entertaining to fight than the bosses in Jedi Fallen Order.

We also have to talk about the difficulty since it’s an important factor to consider in these types of games. Nioh 2 is more challenging and has a steeper learning curve. Nioh 2 also offers a lot more content and replayability since there are a lot of different builds you can try, something that Jedi Fallen Order doesn’t offer to the same extent since you can only use one weapon and there isn’t much else for build options.

Lastly, Nioh 2 offers a co-op mode for up to three players including you, and this is something that a lot of players want in soulslike games.

Visuals

Both games have amazing graphics and I can’t really say that one game looks better than the other in terms of graphics, but what I can say is that Jedi Fallen Order has better and more beautiful scenery. I know that soulslike games are supposed to be dark and gritty but there are games like Sekiro for example that can be dark but also have beautiful scenery.

One thing that Nioh 2 does better is the customization since it has one of the best character creation systems I have seen. Nioh 2 also has an equipment transmogrification system it offers, meaning that you are able to change the appearance of any armor or weapon you have to the appearance of another weapon or armor you have gotten in the game and keep the item’s stats.

In Jedi Fallen Order you can customize the lightsaber and change the color of your clothes and ship but there isn’t much else you can do.

Final Thoughts

Let me summarize what you should keep from this article.

First, if you care a lot about the story of the games you play then Jedi Fallen Order is the game for you.

Second, the gameplay of Nioh 2 has a lot more complexity. Nioh 2 also has more replayability and is more challenging.

Finally, both games have amazing graphics but Jedi Fallen Order has better scenery. As for the customization, Nioh 2 is on another level with the most customization options I have seen in a soulslike game.

I personally recommend Nioh 2 but Jedi Fallen Order is a very good game as well. If you choose Jedi Fallen Order I recommend you wait for a sale.

Nioh 2 vs Code Vein – The Definitive Comparison

Nioh 2 vs Code Vein - The Definitive Comparison

Hi guys! Today I will talk about Nioh 2 vs Code Vein. I will do a comparison between them and I will let you be the judge of which game is better. First I will talk about the storyline of those 2 games, then I will talk about the difference or similarities in their gameplay, and lastly, I will compare the visuals and tell you my final thoughts. Now let’s begin.

Storyline

When it comes to the storyline, Code Vein has a better and more cohesive story with more interesting characters that will make you care about what happens to them. Nioh 2 also has some good moments but overall the story isn’t as interesting as the story of Code Vein.

Don’t get me wrong, I am not saying Code Vein’s story is perfect, but I personally found it enjoyable and I would recommend it over the story of Nioh 2.

So if you want an enjoyable story then I would pick Code Vein over Nioh 2.

Gameplay

There are differences in the way the players have to approach combat in these two games.

Code Vein’s combat is similar to Dark Souls games, while Nioh 2 offers a more complex combat system with different stances and skill trees for each weapon. The combat system in Nioh 2 is so deep that it will take hours upon hours till you try every single weapon and its skills since you unlock weapon skills by using the weapon whose skills you want to unlock.

Nioh 2 also has skill trees for ninja, onmyo, and transformation skills, you have to also add the attribute system which is similar to Dark Souls, meaning that when you gather enough currency to level up you have to put a point in one of the available attributes.

Code Vein doesn’t have an attribute system like Nioh and Dark Souls, instead, it has a class system and each class has different skills you can unlock.

Both systems are good in their own way but if I had to choose which one I prefer, I would choose the system of Nioh 2 since it is far more complex and fun once you understand how it works.

As for the enemies, both games offer a variety of enemies for you to fight and they also have entertaining bosses, though Nioh 2 has more bosses and they are a little more interesting to fight against.

Lastly, Nioh 2 is more challenging than Code Vein, has more content, and more replayability. Both games offer a co-op system, although in Nioh 2 you can play with up to 2 others, while in Code Vein you can play with only one other person.

Visuals

The graphics of these two games have a different direction so it’s hard to compare them. Code Vein goes for anime-like graphics while Nioh 2 has a more realistic graphics approach. I think both of them are equally good for what they are and it comes down to preference show I would recommend checking out gameplay and see what you prefer.

As for the visuals, both games are dark and gritty so don’t expect beautiful locations. I can’t say I prefer the scenery of one game over the other.

One great thing about these two games is the customization they offer. They have amazing character creation systems, but Nioh 2 has an advantage and that is the equipment transmogrification system it offers, meaning that you are able to change the appearance of any armor or weapon you have to the appearance of another weapon or armor you have gotten in the game and keep the item’s stats.

So when it comes to visuals overall Nioh 2 offers more because of the customization options.

Final Thoughts

Let me summarize what you should remember from this article.

First, when it comes to the story, Code Vein is a far better choice than Nioh 2.

Second, in the gameplay department, I believe Nioh 2 is a more complex game and once you understand how its systems work you will enjoy the combat much more than Code Vein.

Lastly, both games have great visuals though they have different styles, Nioh 2 has an edge on the customization front because of the equipment transmogrification system it offers.

If you choose Code Vein I would recommend waiting for a sale, and while Nioh 2 is worth the full price personally I would wait for a sale.

Nioh 2 vs The Surge 2 – The Definitive Comparison

Nioh 2 vs The Surge 2 - The Definitive Comparison

Hi guys! Today I will talk about Nioh 2 vs The Surge 2. I will do a comparison between them and I will let you be the judge of which game is better. First I will talk about the storyline of those 2 games, then I will talk about the difference or similarities in their gameplay, and lastly, I will compare the visuals and tell you my final thoughts. Now let’s begin.

Storyline

Both games have forgettable storylines, although Nioh 2 has some good moments. Having a character creation system means that the main characters never speak so that takes a lot from the story and even though some games like Breath of the Wild managed to have amazing stories even without the main character speaking, the same can’t be said for these two games.

In Surge 2 you have to choose one of the enemies’ body part to focus your attacks on, and before you make that choice you have to consider whether or not you want the enemies’ armor(since you have to cut the limb with the armor part you want in order to unlock that armor part) or you just want to kill the enemy fast and that means targeting a body part that isn’t armored if there is one.

Long story short Nioh 2 has a more complex combat system than Surge 2, now that doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s better, both games are good in their own way.

Both games also offer a variety of weapons(Nioh 2 also has unique skill trees for each weapon), so if you are someone that gets bored using the same weapon over and over again you won’t have to worry.

As for the enemies, both games have a lot of different kinds of enemies and bosses for you to fight but Nioh 2 offers a lot more bosses and the bosses of Nioh 2 are more interesting and entertaining to fight against than the bosses of Surge 2.

Lastly, let’s talk about difficulty. Nioh 2 is a lot more challenging than Surge 2 and a lot harder to get into since it has a lot of different things you need to learn in order to understand how to play the game properly. Additionally, Nioh 2 has a lot more content and more replayability than Surge 2.

Also if you are someone who wants to play with friends Nioh 2 offers co-op and you can play with up to two other players.

Visuals

Nioh 2 has a lot better visuals than Surge 2, but both games look good so this isn’t really a big advantage that you need to consider when deciding between these two games.

Eternal Return: Black Survival Review

Eternal Return: Black Survival Review

Hi guys! Today I will talk about Eternal Return: Black Survival. As always, the review will have four parts, firstly I will talk about the storyline, then about the gameplay, afterward, I will talk about the visuals and finally, I will tell you my personal thoughts and give you a rating for the game from 0-10 (10 being the best).

Eternal Return: Black Survival Review

Storyline

The game doesn’t really have a storyline. It has interesting characters though and each one of them has a unique personality, a few quotes and a small backstory.

The backstory and quotes give the characters you play life and makes it more entertaining when you pick one to play as.

Gameplay

Eternal Return: Black Survival is a game that combines Battle Royale, MOBA, and Survival elements. Before the game starts you pick one of the characters available to play as. There are a total of 24 characters at the moment but not all of them are unlocked.

You start with two characters unlocked and the rest you can unlock with in-game currency which you get by completing daily missions and by playing the game in general. It doesn’t require a lot of time to unlock two or three more characters and personally even though right now I can unlock 2 more characters(currently I have 4 unlocked characters in total) with the currency I have gathered, I don’t do it because I don’t feel like playing with any other characters.

Till now I have only played with one character a total of 127 games and a single game with another character. I am not a person who likes to try everything, I have a very particular taste and I stick to the characters I like and since I can literally always play the same character in every game(because there is no ban system or something that prevents a player from doing this) I don’t feel the need to get another character.

Now, let’s talk about how the game is played. Before the match begins you choose one of the areas as your starting area(the place where you will appear at the start of the game), and you can also choose one of the recommended builds for your character(these builds are rated by players and there are generally very good.

Each area has different kinds of materials available and based on your build you will have to go to a lot of different areas to find the materials needed to craft the items of your build.

As time passes, areas will become restricted(you won’t be able to access restricted areas without starting your blow-up timer) till only one area remains. Besides you, there are another 17 players in the game and your purpose is to be the last man standing.

There are many details that it’s better to learn by playing the game since this is just a review describing what the game is about and not a guide to teach you how to play the game.

Eternal Return: Black Survival is still on Early Access but it is growing fast and if this keeps up it won’t be long till it becomes the next League of Legends or Dota 2 in terms of popularity.

The game also has a ranking system similar to other MOBA and it’s challenging, so if you are the competitive type then you should give it a shot.

Besides the solo mode, there are also duo modes and squad modes where players are divided into groups of two or three respectively.

Duo and Squad modes also exist for ranked games but right now they aren’t available to all regions because the player base isn’t big enough right now to sustain them. Even solos in some regions aren’t available all the time, for example in Europe they are available only 10 hours per day at the time of writing this article.

Visuals

Visually the game is at the same level as other popular MOBA, in a few words, it’s decent. The thing I like though is that the characters have an anime-like appearance since I watch a lot of anime.

The character’s appearance is quite unique and there are also customization options through skins you can get for some of them that change their appearance in-game. As for the environment that you will play, it’s always the same stage but it’s pretty big and no game feels the same because the areas that are restricted in each game are random.

Final Thoughts

Let me summarize what you should keep from this article.

The gameplay is very good and entertaining, and the game also has a ranking system. In this game, it is generally easy to learn the basics but it’s hard to master.

As for the visuals, they are decent but nothing special, it’s what you would expect from a MOBA. There are also skins you can purchase for some characters.

If you like this types of games then it’s certainly worth a try especially since it is absolutely free to play.

Final Verdict

Storyline:

Gameplay: 9

Visuals: 8

General Rating: 9

That’s it for my review guys, I hope you liked it. If you liked the game leave a comment down below and tell me what you liked the most about this game. See ya in the next article.

Best Anime to Watch in Spring 2021

Best Anime to Watch in Spring 2021

1. Boku no Hero Academia 5th Season

The fifth season of My Hero Academia, an extremely popular anime series that is definetely worth the watch if you love superhero stories. My Hero Academia manages to seperate itself from other shonen series because of its characters and how well they are written.

You are able to see how the characters evolve through several adversities and that makes you care about them more and even root for them in some cases.

This anime is definitely worth a watch.

2. Shaman King (2021)

This one brings back a lot of memories and nostalgia for me and for many other anime fans in their 20s and above. Shaman King was a part of my childhood and a great anime, at least that’s how I remember it. The only problem with Shaman King was that it finished too early, it had a lot more to give.

The original anime stopped following the canon story from the manga at some point and it had an anime original ending. I won’t say that I didn’t enjoy the ending but I would prefer if it followed the manga story.

This is where Shaman King (2021) comes in to fix this problem with amazing modern animation which can you see in the trailers. The manga is finished so it will adapt probably the whole manga from start to finish (though I am not sure if they will go from start to finish without stopping, maybe it depends on the popularity).

This anime is the one I recommend the most in this list and if you could only watch one anime this season then this is the one you should watch.

3. Tokyo Revengers

Takemichi Hanagaki’s life is at an all-time low. Just when he thought it couldn’t get worse, he finds out that Hinata Tachibana, his ex-girlfriend, was murdered by the Tokyo Manji Gang: a group of vicious criminals that has been disturbing society’s peace for quite some time. Wondering where it all went wrong, Takemichi suddenly finds himself traveling through time, ending up 12 years in the past—when he was still in a relationship with Hinata. Realizing he has a chance to save her, Takemichi resolves to infiltrate the Tokyo Manji Gang and climb the ranks in order to rewrite the future and save Hinata from her tragic fate.

Another highly anticipated anime that comes out this season. This one is from the mangaka who made Fairy Tale.

People have high hopes for this anime and I don’t believe it will disappoint. Here is a short synopsis.

One day, the park is visited by two space traveling B-Cubers – Rebecca Bluegarden and her cybernetic cat companion Happy – whom Shiki befriends while they are there recording videos for their online account, Aoneko Channel. After the park’s robots force them off the planet to save Shiki from being stranded before their batteries die, Shiki, Rebecca, and Happy set out to explore the universe by searching for Mother, the fabled goddess of the cosmos. In the process, Shiki obtains the interstellar warship Edens Zero, which was captained by his grandfather figure, the mechanical Demon King Ziggy, during a previous search for Mother.
